Setup / Options in the Client Portal
There are a number of functions that can be switched on or off in the client portal for example
"Switch on or off" - Show Client Data
The option to allow clients to have access to the data you hold on their behalf and to make amendments to the same can be sitched on or off.
"Switch on or off" - Show Client Data Routine Information
The option to allow clients to have access and update the visit routine information.
"Switch on or off" - Allow clients to cancel services.
"Switch on or off" - Allow clients to request services.
"Switch on or off" - Show Sitter.
When set to "on" this option will show the pet sitter assigned to any given job appearing in the cient portal schedule and will also show the sitter on the service confirmation email.
"Switch on or off" - BCC job request email to the Primary Sitter
This option when set to "on" will send a copy of the job request email to the primary sitter.
Prevention of cancellation emails.
There are controls to limit when the job cancellation emails are created and who they are sent to.
Prevention of Job Requests
There is an option to limite the number of hours after which it is no longer possible to book services online.
"Switch on or off" - Show check-in check-out data. This function allows your clients to see check-in check-out data that is generated by sitters using the GPS check-in check-out function on their Smartphones. You can continue to record check-in check-out data even if this feature is switched off.
