Client Data View and Amend.
Clients can view and amend cetain data such as
Client name, address, phone numbers, email etc
Alternative contact and emergency contact information.
Optional Access to Visit Routine.
The visit routine is the section of the client / pet database that holds all the essential information to enable a pet sitter to complete a visit successfully. This section includes security information, pet feeding & medication routines, location of cleaning equipment etc. This section can optionally be made available to clients so they can view it and update it.
Pet Record Creation
As well as being able to view pet information, your client can also create pet records of thieir own and even upload pictures of their pets. All information entered is then immediately available for you and your staff to access from any device.
Pet Information stroed includes Name, Type (Dog / Cat), Breed, Sex, Age, Neutering, Vaccination Dates and related Pet Care Instructions.
Pet Care Instructions.
The pet notepad allows clients to record any information they like about each of thier pets, for example behavioural changes, changes to feeding and required medication etc.
Marking Pets as "Past".
Clients and administrators can mark any pet record as a "Past Pet" which means the pet has sadly passed away or has been rehomed. Past pets are visible to clients but only on selection of the past pets tab.
